Our human resources policy

Our values

EAGI places the health and safety of its employees and social dialogue at the heart of its priorities. This policy of responsibility towards employees is consistent with the values of VINCI Airports, which places people and respect for ethical principles at the heart of its concerns.
The men and women employed at the airport are a real force that the VINCI Airports Group has always developed and enriched.

Respect for ethical principles

VINCI Group is constantly improving its level of ethical standards and transparency, an essential foundation of the relationship of trust between employees and customers. VINCI Group has formalised all the rules of conduct and good practice to be followed by its employees in an ethics charter. These fundamental principles are based on respect for people and the law, the fight against corruption and the prevention of conflicts of interest.
This charter can be consulted at any time by all employees. Each department is then organised in such a way as to ensure that everyone complies with the rules, thanks in particular to an internal control system that has been put in place.

Social dialogue and consultation

The quality of industrial relations is an essential element in a company's overall performance. SEAGI therefore makes it a point of honour to encourage active social dialogue with staff representative bodies.

Equality in the workplace

SEAGI considers professional equality between women and men to be a major stake, a guarantee of social cohesion and economic and social progress.
SEAGI confirms its position as a company committed to professional equality between women and men, and in particular reaffirms its desire to pursue its actions in favour of gender diversity, with particular attention paid to career development and equal pay.

Skills development

Skills development is an essential source of success and fulfilment for our employees, so we support their development through training throughout their careers. We benefit from the support of the VINCI Airports ACADEMY, which shares all the know-how of VINCI Airports and the Group.

The airport as a local employer

Every year, from December to April, Grenoble Airport welcomes thousands of winter sports travellers. This seasonal activity results in a significant increase in the number of staff, following training provided by permanent staff. The airport is also a training centre, issuing certifications that are valid at other airports. Throughout the year, Grenoble Airport also offers temporary and permanent positions.

Professionals from the airport industry

VINCI Airports is working to professionalise all airport employees: men, women, young people, senior citizens and disabled workers.
As a service industry, air transport implies a culture of proximity. The regulatory environment specific to an airport platform therefore requires the acquisition of specific, one-off skills.

Training to qualify

All the teams at the airport are mobilised to meet passenger expectations. To achieve this, every permanent employee at the airport is a reference in his or her field when it comes to welcoming, integrating and training temporary employees.
The quality of the training provides temporary workers with new skills and knowledge that can be transferred to other airports in the following professions : aircraft assistant, baggage handler, driver, traffic agent, boarding agent, check-in agent, baggage handling agent, sales counter agent, reception agent, etc.
Workers also receive training in safety and security.

Health and safety

Safety concerns employees, partners, subcontractors and our passengers.
As well as applying laws, regulations and contractual requirements, we do everything we can to protect the health and guarantee the safety of our stakeholders.
As an integral part of SEAGI's management approach, safety is a source of progress. It promotes the quality of our work and the preservation of our know-how, experience and skills. An essential condition for the development of our employees, it also contributes to the satisfaction of our customers.

The Fondation VINCI pour la Cité : a civic commitment

Fondation VINCI pour la Cité

Created in 2002, The Fondation VINCI pour la Cité provides human and financial support for numerous projects aimed at combating all forms of exclusion. Its actions to combat exclusion focus on 4 areas :

  • Access to employment (the Foundation supports players working to promote access to employment and encourage access to training for people with neither diplomas nor qualifications)
  • Mobility for all (the Foundation supports initiatives that promote mobility for people who are socially or professionally excluded)
  • Integration through housing (the Foundation encourages players who help vulnerable people to access housing)
  • Support for associations (the Foundation supports associations that work to strengthen social ties and combat the isolation and exclusion of local residents).
