Passengers with reduced mobility
Before your journey
As soon as you have made your reservation or at least 48 hours before departure please inform your airline company, your tour operator or your travel agent, of your special needs. The airport cannot accept requests directly from the passenger.
On arrival, go to an agent in a fluorescent mauve vest with the logo PMR or go to the information desk. A trained agent will welcome you and accompany you around the airport and for boarding.
- 6 disabled places are reserved in front of the terminal in the P0 car park.
- Intercom system to help you in your movements from the car park to the terminal building.
P0 is right beside our terminals : about a hundred meters on foot. Our specialised agents remain available to help you at any time.
You can inform us of your arrival thanks to two blue intercom call stations, one in the car park and one in arrivals. Our welcome and accompaniment service will deal with your request and you will be accompanied by one of our specialised agents.
- Accessibility to all desks and services: information desk, check-in desks, car park checkout payment terminals, shops, cafeteria, bars….
- Lifts offering easy access to our restaurant on the first floor.
- Accessible toilets.

Travelling with a guide dog
Dogs are not normally allowed in the airport terminals. Only guide dogs accompanying a passenger with a physical or sensory disability can accompany the passenger into the cabin.
Warning! You must inform your airline company 48 hours before departure if you wish to travel with your guide dog. For more information please contact your airline company directly.
Warning! If you are fitted with a pacemaker, please inform the screening agent before going through to departures.
You will be met in the plane after disembarkation by the reduced mobility service. You will be accompanied through the airport to the exit.
In accordance with European legislation all our agents have followed reduced mobility and accessibility training.
